I learned a long time ago that training in the simplest form is teaching. We are educating a different species to understand us and vice versa. To educate, to teach, to be the instructor is a skill set in and of itself that requires patience and consistency. To be the student learning new information for some can be self rewarding but for many others learning is challenging and down right frustrating. What if learning a new skill set came with reinforcement that increased your motivation to continue pushing through. Creating a  learning environment that is fun and rewarding for both student and instructor. 

This is my goal when educating, striving to build a passion for learning; by establishing a clear & balanced communication system, providing leadership structure and instilling boundaries, confidence building via exposure to real life's experiences and building social developmental skills through pack association and learning.
